Terms of Service

Effective for Rawmind Pass and rawmind.xyz software access. Last updated: 12 Aug 2026.

Not an investment. Rawmind Pass is a software license. It does not represent equity, profit share, revenue share, or any expectation of profit from the efforts of others. Mint price pays for access to software features.

1. What the Pass is

Rawmind Pass (“Pass”) is a non-transferable (soulbound) digital token that grants the holder a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access Rawmind software features while the Pass is held by an eligible wallet, including but not limited to: uncensored chat, image/video generation, confessional, and museum share tooling on Base (and related Rawmind surfaces).

2. What the Pass is not

Not a security, share, bond, or investment contract
Not a claim on revenue, treasury, or future token distributions
Not transferable, listable, or approvable for secondary markets
Not a promise of appreciation, scarcity premium, or resale value

3. License grant

Subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, Rawmind grants Pass holders access to the features described at unfiltered.rawmind.xyz/mint and related product surfaces. Access is verified on-chain (wallet holds Pass) and may additionally require a signed session.

4. Eligibility & sanctions

You may not use Rawmind if you are subject to applicable sanctions screening that Rawmind elects to enforce. Access may be denied or revoked for wallets that fail such screening.

5. Credits and Generations

Credits and Generations. Credits are consumed at the moment a generation is requested. All credit debits are final. Failed or unsatisfactory generations do not entitle you to a refund of credits or funds. If you believe a generation failed due to a platform error, you may open a support ticket at support@rawmind.xyz referencing the generation ID; grants of replacement credits are made at Rawmind's sole discretion. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over.

6. Revocation

Rawmind may revoke software access for violations of the AUP or these Terms. Mint price is not refundable. On-chain ownership of the soulbound token may remain; software access is a license, not a property right in Rawmind’s systems.

7. No warranties

Software is provided “as is.” Models, uptime, third-party APIs, and chain RPC availability can fail. Rawmind is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
