Acceptable Use Policy

Applies to Rawmind software access, including Pass holders. Companion to the Terms of Service.

You may

• Use the software for lawful personal and professional inquiry
• Share your own confessional receipts and museum links you create
• Build on top of public Rawmind surfaces within rate limits

You may not

• Use Rawmind to plan, facilitate, or commit violent crime, child sexual exploitation, or other clearly illegal activity
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, steal other users’ sessions, or attack infrastructure
• Scrape or resell model output at scale in violation of upstream provider terms Rawmind depends on
• Misrepresent Rawmind Pass as an investment, security, or profit-sharing instrument
• Spam, DoS, or automate abuse that degrades service for others

Enforcement

Rawmind may revoke software access, rate-limit, or refuse service for AUP violations. On-chain Pass ownership does not guarantee continued API access if you violate this policy. No refund of mint price.
